These are some of our clients’ favorite dishes. Everything can be made Gluten or Dairy Free. All meals are Sugar Free & made without butter or margarine. A cancer fighting menu is available upon request.

Mashed butternut squash with cinnamon

Roasted Salmon with Green Herbs – Green herbs include dill, parsley, and scallions, very moist and flavorful

Cilantro pesto sauce roasted over Haddock or Cod – Cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and almonds blended to a thick sauce, with chopped Kalamata olives and scallion

Roasted Mediterranean Haddock or Cod – Red onion, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives over baby kale

Vegetable Noodles – Zucchini, Summer Squash and Carrots spiral noodles saute with olive oil, garlic and oregano. (or tomato sauce)

Lebanese Chicken – Lemon herbs marinated overnight and grilled

Hoisin Barbeque Chicken – Sweet and tangy with apricot fruit spread (contains soy)

Broiled Steelhead Trout or Salmon or Halibut with Rosemary, Dill, Lemon and Garlic – Basic, moist and delicious

Baked Haddock with Artichoke Hearts, and Tomatoes – great combination of flavors

Hot and Sweet Mustard Salmon – stone ground mustard, tamari, mirin, cilantro and scallions make this a winner (contains nuts)

Pecan Encrusted Tilapia – Dijon mustard, ground pecans, rosemary and thyme baked to make a flavorful fish dish (contains soy)

Haddock, Cod, Halibut, Scallops and Vegetables – A very beautiful and bountiful dish. 4 servings

Chicken with Asparagus, Portobello Mushrooms and cherry tomatoes – just add the garlic and lemon juice to this fabulous dish.

Avocado-Chicken Salad – Chicken, avocado, celery and dill make this a great summer or lunch dish.

Probiotic salad with choice of Lemon Herb dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Lentil Soup – Award winning soup, great pick up for a chili day, lentils, onions, carrots, celery, parsnips, with wakame for a hearty soup. Makes 10 – 16 ounce servings

Asian Turkey Burgers – Moist and flavorful with soy sauce, garlic, cilantro and scallions. (contains soy)

Sautéed turkey breast with mushrooms and garlic – The turkey is moist and flavorful with the addition of mushrooms, garlic and wine. (contains almonds)

Boneless Lamb Loin with Balsamic Garlic Glaze – Very flavorful and tender.

Pork loin with Apricot Prune Sauce – Sweet and tart.

*Vegetable Lasagna – Onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes, garlic, and parsley combine for a rich sauce and layered with no fat ricotta and low fat mozzarella cheese and brown rice noodles (this can also be made with tofu and soy or almond cheese) – serves 8

Baked fruit – Blueberries, apples, raspberries and strawberries, and cinnamon (nothing else added); tastes great with oatmeal or alone

Roasted Vegetables – Your Choice, Sweet and Delicious – Vegetables are roasted with olive oil, sea salt, thyme and garlic, pick your favorite:
