New Menu Additions!
I have some new vegan dishes mostly made from cashews and nutritional yeast.
Vegan Alfredo- with snow peas or broccoli, and mushrooms
Miso Cashew dressing- with Chickpeas, walnuts, kale and Brussels sprouts
Lemon Zucchini Noodles- with cashew, artichoke hearts and zucchini
Green goddess dressing- good with salads and steamed vegetables
Very spicy cashew dressing- good with salads, or added to grains
Vegan sesame ginger dressing- good with salads or steamed vegetables
Filet of sole Mediterranean- olive oil, lemon juice, capers, parsley, dill
Soups make 10 16 ounce servings.
Choice of dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Shallot vinaigrette, Lemon herb dressing, or apple cider with EVO and seasonings

Your choice, sweet and delicious- vegetables are roasted with olive oil, sea salt, thyme, and garlic. Pick your favorite or get a combination
- Broccoli (can be made with or without Dijon mustard)
- Cauliflower (can be made with or without Dijon mustard)
- Brussel Sprouts
- Jerusalem artichokes
- Grape tomatoes
- Fingerling or red potatoes
