Custom Designed Menus
These are some of my clients’ favorite dishes. Everything can be made Gluten or Dairy Free. All meals are Sugar Free & made without butter or margarine. A cancer fighting menu is available too.
I use only Free range, organic eggs, poultry or meat. No gluten, no sugar (refined, raw or honey), no processed foods. Only organic fruits and vegetables of the dirty dozen or upon request all organic unless specified otherwise.
New Menu Additions!
I have some new vegan dishes mostly made from cashews and nutritional yeast.
Vegan Alfredo- with snow peas or broccoli, and mushrooms
Miso Cashew dressing- with Chickpeas, walnuts, kale and Brussels sprouts
Lemon Zucchini Noodles- with cashew, artichoke hearts and zucchini
Green goddess dressing- good with salads and steamed vegetables
Very spicy cashew dressing- good with salads, or added to grains
Vegan sesame ginger dressing- good with salads or steamed vegetables
