"We came to Chef Gloria because we wanted home cooked, nutritious meals for our busy family instead of eating take-out. We have a couple of picky eaters, and she’s learned our likes and dislikes, and modifies menu items to accommodate them. We like that her menu options are all nutritious and offer variety, and that she uses healthy ingredients. Her food is tasty and ready in minutes."

"Gloria has been making dinners for our family for several months now. They're terrific -- fish and chicken that are low in fat and flavorful. We absolutely love the hot and sweet mustard salmon! Also, the veggies are super. Very healthy, balanced, nutritious and delicious meals!"

“I conquered my fear of shopping, stopped eating bread, pastas and starches, and lost five pounds. Most important things I’ve learned are to eat fat, protein, and carbs together and not to skip meals, eat small meals and snacks, and not to fast. I got what I needed to refocus my goals and to see what the right foods were for me.”

~ R.C.
